2. Purpose and legal basis
As part of the visitor registration we process the data you enter (location, company, first and last name, email address, phone number as well as the date and time of registration). The processing serves to document and organise visits, to fulfil our safety and duty-of-care obligations and to contact you in connection with your visit.
The legal basis is your consent pursuant to Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR and our legitimate interest in the security and organisation of our sites pursuant to Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR.
3. Recipients
The data is transmitted internally by email to the department responsible for visitor management. No data is transferred to third parties outside E. Krieg GmbH unless there is a legal obligation to do so.
4. Storage period
The PDF file generated for the confirmation is kept on the server only for the duration of the download provision (max. 30 minutes) and deleted afterwards. The registration transmitted by email is stored in accordance with operational and statutory retention periods and deleted thereafter.
5. No external services
This form does not embed any external fonts, trackers, analytics or advertising services. Only technically necessary cookies (a session cookie to secure the form) are used.
6. Your rights
You have the right to information, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection. You may revoke any consent given at any time with effect for the future. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
